Cancellations and changes

Changing and cancellations your visit and tours in Poland is possible online.

To make changes please, write us e-mail: office@cracowplanet.com.

• Cancellations or changes made 32 days before your visit in Poland – we charge you on 10% from full costs.
• Cancellations or changes made from 31 to 6 days before your visit – we charge you on 25% from full costs.
• Less than 6 days the cancellation or changes of your stay and tours is impossible.
  You will have to bear full cost of your stay.
